Please read the
following policies carefully prior to ordering from Pretty Things

Shipping Policy
We now ship within Canada, the USA, and World Wide!
Orders
are generally shipped out via Canada Post within 72 hours of receiving payment in full
for your order.
If you need your order sent sooner please contact us at
(902) 492-8329 and leave a message OR email us at info@prettythingsboutique.com. Orders are shipped Canada Post via
Regular Mail and upon request will be shipped Xpress Post, or Priority
Courier (additional costs may be applicable).
For Orders Shipping Outside of Canada - Orders being shipped to America or anywhere else in the world outside of Canada will require additional shipping costs.
Shipping costs and any applicaple taxes/duties are the responsibility of the
the receipient. If an item is being shipped to anywhere outside of Canada it may take additional time to go through customs and unfortunately we are not able to speed up this process.
Canada
Regular - generally within 6 to 10 business days.
X Press Post - generally 2 to 3 business days (at additional cost upon request)
Priority Mail - 1 to 2 business days (at additional cost upon request)
USA
Regular - generally within 10 to 14 business days.
Express - generally within 5 to 7 business days (at additional cost upon request)*
Due to items being processed through customs we are unable to guarantee
your items any sooner than this at this time frame. Once an item has
been shipped there is no way for us to intercept it and speed up the
shipping process, please keep this in mind when ordering.
International
Please contact us before placing an international order so that we can
give you an estimate on delivery times and shipping costs.
Out Of Stock Policy
In
the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify
you via telephone or email. At that time we will offer you the option
of exchanging for another item, give you an estimate on when the items
will be back in stock, or issue a full refund.
Return Policy
Online Purchases
- We accept returns on regular priced unwashed, unworn merchandise with
original tags/packaging for exchange or credit within 7 days of when
you receive your merchandise. Prior to returning your order please
contact us to inform us of why the item(s) are being returned. We will
not accept returns on worn items, items that smell of smoke, perfume,
etc. or have makeup stains; these items will be shipped back to you
immediately at your expense. If your return is received after 30 days a
20% restocking fee will apply. We do not issue refunds on in stock
merchandise but we will happily exchange or credit you for your
purchase. Sorry, we cannot refund the shipping costs
All
merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped out to you
so if you should receive an order that has obvious manufacturers flaws
please contact us immediately at (902) 492-8329 or info@prettythingsboutique.com
In Store Purchases
- Unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags/packaging on may be
brought back for an exchange or store credit with receipt within 14
(fourteen) days of original purchase. We do not issue refunds.

Online Methods
- We accept online debit and credit card payments via Pay Pal on our
website. We also accept cheque or money orders made out to Pretty
Things Boutique and sent to 5685 Cunard Street, Halifax NS CANADA B3K 1C7. Please do not send cash via mail. As per our current
privacy/security policy we do not accept credit cards over the phone or
via email.
In Store Methods
- In our retail location (5685 Cunard Street, Halifax NS) we accept
cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard. As per our current privacy/security
policy we do not accept credit cards over the phone or via email.
Layaway
Our layaway policy is applicable only to in store purchases at this time on regular priced merchandise and is not subject to additional discounts. Layaway terms are as follows: A nonrefundable deposit of taxes down (13% ) must be made at time of opening a new layaway.
You will have 21 days to pay for your items in full and at time of
layaway expiry you will be contacted 3 (three) times by phone and/or
email.
Gift Certificates
In Store Gift
certificates are available in any denomination and are valid for one
year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates can be used on any in
store merchandise (only exclusions are local artwork and consignment
items). Gift certificates are the responsibility of the beholder and
will not be replaced if lost or stolen. You must present your gift
certificate at time of purchase. Gift certificates have no cash value
and remaining balances will be issued via a credit note unless the
amount is less than $4.00 at which time the balance will be issued in
cash.
Credit Note Policy
Store
credit notes are issued via our brick and mortar stores. Credit notes
are issued for the amount of a return as an option instead an exchange.
Credit notes are issued for the amount of the items being returned (tax
included) and have no expiry date. You must present your credit note at
time of purchase. We will contact you will details if you are issued an online store credit.
Coupons
In Store Coupons
are occasionally distributed for select promotions. Coupons are one per
customer per transaction and are not valid with any other offer. You
must present your coupon at time of purchase to receive your discount.
Coupons submitted past their expiry date will not be honored.
Privacy Policy
At
Pretty Things Boutique we respect our customers privacy whether you
shop with us at our retail location or online we want to ensure you
that your transactions are safe and secure. We will never disclose or
sell your personal or financial information to a third party at any
time. To help ensure your security we do accept credit card payment via
phone or email. Personal information includes your name, address, phone
number, and email address. The only time that we use your information
is to process your sales transactions. From time to time we may send
out email news letters which you have the option of signing up for when
you set up your account via our online store front, you may also chose
to opt out of this if you wish.
If
you are not comfortable processing your order via the internet we are
able to process orders over the phone using cheques or money orders as
payment options. Please call us at (902) 492-8329 if you would like to
place your order over the phone. We do not accept credit cards as
payment over the phone at this time.

Legal Notices
All
notices from Pretty Things Boutique to You may be posted on our Web
site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after
posting. Notices from You to Pretty Things Boutique shall be made
either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or
first class mail to our address at:
